Shingo uses them to make the two of them some pink potato pancakes (actually, a Japanese food similar to pancakes) and he and his grandfather eat them, with some astonishing results, as Shingo discovers when his still-virile grandfather comes to his bedroom that night with something long and hard for his grandson! The Adamantium Amulet--Therren is a blacksmith working on metal of all kinds when Chassen, the local wizard's apprentice, brings into the shop an adamantium amulet, which has somehow been broken into three pieces, and asks Therren to repair it. Therren heats the magical metal to make it pliable but when he touches the three pieces to make the amulet whole, a burst of magic drives both men into each other's arms to make passionate love over and over until the wizard arrives to come to their aid.
